Civil Rights advocates, religious leaders and individuals interested in justice and the non-racialized perception of every human being have the obligation to resist the normativity of police killing Black men because they are Black without due justice. It reflects the inherent contradiction of justice in US jurisprudence. Justice is perceived and implemented through a socially constructed lens. That lens is mainly the residue of slavery-Racism.
